BIAZZA RIDGE depicts main episodes of the Luftwaffe Panzerdivision Hermann Göring counter-offensive in the Gela-Scoglitti sector in Sicily, following the landings of the 1st US Infantry Division "Big Red One" and the 45th US Infantry Division "Thunderbird", of the 10th, 11th and 12th, July 1943.
