The leader of the Troobian Empire, Emperor Gruumm, is threatening to make Earth his next conquest, using the former A-Squad Rangers of Space Patrol Delta to carry out his nefarious plans. The B-Squad Rangers, led by Commander "Doggie" Cruger, are Earth's last line of defense.
