The Moral Conflict 1939 is a 2 -5 player game played on three boards using seven (7) Chessex 6- sided dices. Each session is at least two hours long.

There are over 450 playing pieces, featuring armies, fleets, convoys and aircraft. Players fight to control 62 territories and their oil resources on a compact 80 x 39 cm board.
